Fun fact about you: My dad works for an airline, so I have traveled to a lot of interesting places!

Why are you excited to join the Little Lights team?: I am so excited to get to join an amazing organization that does incredible work on a hyper-local level. DC is an amazing place, with such rich history, and I am excited to have the opportunity to help out right in my backyard. Additionally, this is my first foray into the nonprofit world, and I am excited to learn from some seasoned professionals.

What will you be doing in your new role?: My role is a brand new one and my primary responsibility is 1-on-1 tutoring with our college students, as well as helping to advise them about college matters, logistical and beyond. Additionally, I help out at Homework Club, primarily with middle and high school students. I will also help create programming for our College & Career Program, ranging from guest speakers, to workshops, etc.
